- Order Processing :
- Orders placed on the Nailed-it online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and will be shipped within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.
- All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.
- Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want to ship your order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
- Nailed-it Hong Kong Company Limited reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our terms and conditions.
Freight:
- Except for promotions specifically indicated in the Nailed-it online store, the general shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Spend HK$300 net or above to enjoy free general delivery offer.
- For purchases less than HK$300, HK$30 delivery fee will be charged.
Scope of delivery :
- General Delivery Service (for addresses in Hong Kong only).
- Self-pick-up service at smart lockers, convenience stores, post offices, etc. (for addresses in Hong Kong only).
Regular delivery time :
- Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service will be delivered to the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days. Orders in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to be delivered.
- Monday to Saturday delivery time: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service.
- Order processing and delivery are only available on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
- In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.
- If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express for arrangement.
- All orders must be signed and confirmed upon receipt.
Pick-up service at self-pick-up points such as smart lockers, convenience stores, post offices, etc.:
- Guests can choose the designated pick-up point to pick up their goods at checkout.
- Please double-check that the Hong Kong phone number (+852) you have entered can receive text messages (SMS) from Hong Kong.
- After the goods are shipped, they will be delivered to the designated pick-up point within 2-3 working days, and the recipient's phone number will receive a pick-up password SMS from SF Express.
- Customers can go to the designated smart lockers and enter the password to pick up the goods.
- Please pick up your order within 24 hours after receiving the SMS. For overdue collection arrangement, please call SF Express Customer Service Hotline at 2730 0273 for enquiries.
Cargo Tracking/Change of Address:
- Please contact SF Express (General Delivery Service) by yourself.
- If you need to change the address after the goods are shipped, please contact SF Express for further arrangement. Any additional costs incurred must be paid out-of-pocket.
- If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express for arrangement. If the shipment fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Notes:
- Since Nailed-it Hong Kong Company Limited entrusts the third-party service of the above shipping company to send the goods, the actual delivery process and time are arranged by the courier company.
- If the address provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the loss or return of your parcel to us, Nailed-it Hong Kong Company Limited will not be liable for any loss of the order due to an error in the address.
- If you need to re-ship to the corrected address, you will have to pay the cost of re-shipping.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Nailed-it Hong Kong Company Limited shall be final.
