Returns and exchanges
- Please ensure that your order meets the return/exchange requirements, and submit a return/exchange request by email nailedithkltd@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receipt, providing the order number and stating the product to be returned or replaced and the reason. After receiving the return/exchange request, we will confirm the contents of the request with you.
- All product pictures are taken in kind, due to the different color differences, light and shooting angles of the computer/mobile phone screen, there will be a certain color deviation, the photo and the real thing will be slightly different, the product is subject to the real thing.
- Returned and exchanged damaged items after opening will not be accepted.
- It is not purchased on the official website, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- We must verify the buyer’s information, and we cannot carry out after-sales service if the buyer does not contact us personally.
Non-conforming products
Please notify our store within 7 days after receiving the product by filling in the “Contact Us*”. If this period is exceeded, we will not accept the user’s request for return or exchange.
If there is a non-conforming product in the product received by the customer, we will replace it with a new one or an equivalent product after confirming the stock availability of the store.
Please note that no refunds will be given.
Return shipping costs
If the return is due to the customer, the customer will bear the shipping cost. In the case of an exchange due to a non-conforming product or an exchange caused by the wrong product being sent by our store, the shipping fee shall be borne by the Company.
If you need to return an item, please contact us in advance. If the return is made without contacting us, we will not process and receive the return.
Refund arrangement
- We’ll refund you to the payment method you used to place your order. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping costs or gift wrapping are also non-refundable.
- Please note that the actual time it takes for a refund to vary depending on the processing time of the payment method provider.
In case of any dispute, the decision of Nailed-it Hong Kong Company Limited shall be final.
